Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Arrival

A full refund is stated as available, excluding any applicable administrative fee.

Cancellation 14–29 Days Before Arrival

A 50% cancellation charge applies. The remaining eligible amount is refunded after applicable administrative fees.

Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival

No refund is provided.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official booking channel or stated email address and must include the booking reference. Approved refunds are stated to be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

Amendment Policy

Requests submitted at least 30 days before arrival may be accepted subject to availability.

Requests submitted less than 30 days before arrival are assessed individually and may involve:

·        Administrative charges

·        Price differences

·        Availability restrictions

An amendment is not confirmed until written approval is issued.

Weather and Special Circumstances

Unsafe weather, sea conditions, natural events, official restrictions or other circumstances beyond the campsite’s control may affect boat transfers and stays.

Rescheduling, credit or refund options are considered individually and remain subject to management approval and the final booking terms.

No-Show and Missed-Boat Policy

Failure to arrive for the scheduled boat or complete check-in within the required time may be treated as a cancellation.

Guests who miss the scheduled transfer may be responsible for the cost of alternative transport, when available.

Essential Campsite Rules

·        Follow campsite and boat-crew instructions.

·        Supervise children at all times.

·        Use life jackets as instructed.

·        Do not swim alone.

·        Observe quiet hours.

·        Keep shared facilities clean.

·        Conserve water and electricity.

·        Dispose of waste responsibly.

·        Do not damage coral, plants or wildlife.

·        Do not fish.

·        Do not enter restricted areas.

·        Do not leave cooking flames unattended.

·        Do not bring glass containers, pets, illegal substances or items prohibited by the boat operator.

·        Keep valuables secure.

·        Respect other guests and the natural environment.

Travel insurance is recommended (purchase in Escabee). Basic first aid may be available, but serious medical cases may require evacuation to mainland facilities.
